We understand some of you are are having some issues with the system today. For the last 20 hours or so we have been working hard to upgrade our systems and insure that the system is available for you now and into the future.
I know we say it all the time but I think it bears repeating that no software is perfect and with the complexity sometimes comes issues that none of us can predict. I have been personally working this situation through the night and we believe we have a handle on the issues.
You may see occasional issues throughout the day as we adjust but the worst is behind us. I will write more Tuesday morning but there is no need to call us, we are watching very closely.
