I know this may sound silly but some people are quick searching using 1 letter or number. This is causing an enormeous amount of data to be returned and really providing no value to the person searching. We have now made the requirement that you type in at least 3 letters to do a quicksearch. This will keep our total system faster and make sure you get the data you want.
