iMagicLab has turned on UrgentBlast (www.urgentblast.com) this morning to help keep you advised of issues, updates and news. This system will text every iML user at the mobile phone number listed in your user account and you can control your subscription inside in the My Information area of DealerCRM. You can expect to receive a text or two each week from the new system and anytime you have issues with DealerCRM you can simply text us or your new dedicated account manager. Texting is by far the fastest way to get help and here's another way we are trying to make it easy. We'd love your feedback, hit reply to any UrgentBlast and let us know your thoughts!
