OK, so we are tired.
Last night we changed the backend servers to remove the dreaded replication issue and increase our speed and capacity dramatically. Here's what you can expect:
First time you or anybody in your store use the system it will seem slow. This is because it takes our new system a little time to load your database into "active" status. After your first reports and myday process you will see huge performance and much faster system response. If you do not use the system for an hour (that means anyone in the store, not just you) then your dealership will return to "inactive" status and this process will start again.
At the moment there is zero wait for broadcast emails. Send away
Reports are sick fast, I mean sick after the initial one I described above.
Bug reports this morning will be very important to help us catch anything we missed last night. We have a full staff of fresh folks answering the phones but be patient with us.
Lastly, the dreaded replication bug should be gone. Proof is in the pudding, we will see today.

I know sometimes it seems like we are moving slowly to address issues (and sometimes we move too fast) but we have been planning this for over 6 months as part of a measured plan. Things may not be in "car" speed but by tech standards we are a rocketship.
