OK so last week we thought we'd do server work, and we announced it but it never happened. This week we are scheduled for Tue and Wed nights. Same drill as last week with extra support on the ready....
This is just phase 1 folks but we hope to eliminate the dreaded replication problems before wednesday morning. I will personally be supervising this event for the next 48 hours to insure all goes well. I expect we will have a blip or two (i.e. the service will go down for a short time) during the tweaking so please be patient. There is NO need to call support during the next 48 hours: We are all over this.
