In the past when you wanted salespeople to use our iCallClick system to make outbound calls they had to click link off the myday then, even though they were already on the phone note, they had to reach up and click the phone number.
You can now default the system to the iCallClick system and avoid the multi-clicking by setting iCallClick as your default. This is selectable in the lower left of the Dealership settings of the Control Panel.
