So we hear that often managers are doing a salesperson's job (salespeople stop chuckling please) and marking appointments confirmed, closed or canceled. We also hear that it was too much work to do what we do, I mean do what salespeople do, and navigate to the customers record to do these actions. Since we're in business to sell cars and since we want to encourage the desk to help in any way we can we are proud to add this to the manager's dashboard.
Now in the appointment list in the upper left corner you see three new boxes to confirm, complete and cancel appointments. When you click the option you want there will be a confirmation and you are done.
Now lets sell some cars this weekend. :)
